They will be transparent with pricing (and germane to this conversation any referral fees paid will only be paid to a licensed broker and disclosed on the HUD), transparent with their process and you will not feel pressured to purchase or like you have to make quick decisions.

The suggestions above are good one's when showing or viewing properties as a female investor...This is a also a concern for me as a woman when I am working on renovation jobs at a property by myself...sometimes early in the morning or late at night...Last year I got a rescued German Shepherd dog who I take with me anytime I am renovating a new property and she has become my eyes and ears (even for roaches and mice) and security guard (and nice company) during jobs.

Having seen most of Europe I was impressed with Graz Austria & had a few beers one afternoon while there with an old German WWII Luftwaffe pilot who told me they would drop their bombs way outside the town to avoid damaging it.

Incredible sellers market here in PDX> But when you have basically zero vacancy and a stable work force the big passive money is on them like crazy..On the other end of the spectrum and probably more germane for BP I had a friend of mine from Oregon that I introduced GA SFR's too when I was buying them.

i do too, and would likely evenmoreso if/when i were to go blind or something. but, dogs of any type, will still be dogs. dogs that can and do bark, bite, and last but not least, damage. and in my experience already so far i've seen lots of huge german sheperds and the like, confined to tiny inner city apartments in high rise buildings and the nearby parks littered with bits and bits of what each 'curb' day in and day out missed, which ads up to alot of stinky poop!
