@Samuel Brian McKenzie It sounds like the listing agent is trying to avoid being a dual agent (representing both sides simultaneously). 

Hello everyone, In August 2018, I became a dual-career professional as I became licensed agent in VA. 

It actually has very good dual ADU potential which I considered a plus when buying,  but at this point I have no intention of building out as such.I support some of the changes to SF zoning since as we all know the only long term way to keep housing costs under control is keep building,  and while seattle does have lots of capacity in its urban villages and L zoned areas,  adding more ADUs is the least negative-impact way to achieve some higher density in existing single family zoned neighborhoods.  

Any dual language speaking owners out there have advice on what you would want to see?  

In Louisiana, there is dual agency where a broker can represent the seller and the buyer in the same transaction.

Hi all, for a bit of background I am a dual US/EU citizen living in Europe.

Scope included building a couple walls, some light plumbing work, and a high voltage electrical wire for a dryer.

I have dual citizenship, and enough Cash to purchase the property but it’s something I don’t really want to do.

Otherwise I'll take your answer to be the schools run at substantial lower capacity and incur no costs and the family just pays for it while incurring the additional costs of lost time and income for those dual income families that will have to leave a parent home to supervise the kids, God help those single parent families.Finally, if teachers can't give a little here they can take a hike.
