For instance,  If you are preapproved for $800K, please double check that this is "desktop underwriting" aka "DU," and not just a form letter from a lender.

@Dilini PeirisMy last BRRRR, bank did a DESKTOP appraisal and it appraised for $75K.

Under tools in the desktop version.
