While I'm all for the environment, this seems like a short sighted move by one of the town council members.  

To be brief, the city council is out to perpetuate the notion that wholesalers are scammers, and that you must become licensed if you plan on engaging in wholesaling.

For those who are just hearing about this, on May 20th the long anticipated ADU ordinance was introduced to Chicago's City Council.

It seems one of the hardest parts of being a RE investor and entrepreneur is finding trusted council.

The president of the school just came to the city council to request funds to build dorms.

The city council didn't like the sound of that idea so we decided to try building spec houses.

Be aware if the seller is also not using a RE you will need to find legal council to draft the sale.
