That is something you have a choice over in your life.A positive way is exercising, having healthy hobbies etc.Destructive is addictive type problems like over eating, drinking, smoking, social disorders, doing drugs, compulsive gambling, infidelity etc.

State the following appliances xxx are there for tenant use but is not included in the lease ad that you will not replace or repair them.

I am thinking to tell them that I am a tenant in their building at xxx, and have been there for x years.

Along with this, you want to make sure that you collect a separate Utility Security Deposit of 1mths Average Cost for the utilities you are controlling (in addition to the standard Lease Deposit) and have in the lease terms that the Tenant will pay the full amount due of xxx Utility at the same time as their rent payment. 

You say vacant and the mortgage holder is XXX, but how did you arrive at the fact that the bank had ended up in possession of the property?

Give them a deadline to correct, or then arrange for the lawn care and let them know it will be xxx dollars per month.Need to be sure that you are following the lease as always.Best of luck

Some Brokers pay employees $XXX for every new property/owner they onboard for a one-year contract.Other Brokers pay no bonuses because their employees don't care and it doesn't affect performance.

Just tell them in the current market you think the property is worth $xxx more and you’re going to hold off selling until you can get that.
