Would you net expect them to just get you a new sandwhich how you want or would you think the best path to good customer service would be to explain to you that it clearly states on the menu that is comes with mayo and this is an additional cost to their business and you have been really nice, I mean we even opened the door when you came in and brought you a new drink before your old one was gone so pay up if you want another burger..I also think you are not as well versed in rental laws as you may think as you cannot use a tenant's security deposit for rent at yiur discretion most of the time and if a tenant leaves 6 months before the lease is up or any time frame you must market the property and rerent and the tenant is only liable for the time it has not been rerented.
