Knob & tube is okay if it's in good shape but the concern would be if it's a 60amp box or 100amp.

Another way to do it, is to hire a good consultant to make sure you are not missing something and checks all the boxes. 

Once they move in we retrieve the lock box.

They sell the fitting at the big box stores, and anyone can do some basic plumbing.

However, on the day the home (4 boxes) were delivered the bank would not wire the money until the boxes were set on the foundation and the prefab company wouldn’t put the boxes on the foundation until the funds were wired.

Even though I live in Charlotte, I've spent a lot of time doing loan mods and short sales in places like New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Nevada, Arizona, Washington, California, and Illinois, and have seen the possible trap of only being in one area.I've seen landlords who were intensely renting in a certain geographical area get decimated due to the changes in the marketplace in their locality.

I am getting clear on my buy box and hoping to stay local (WA state) with my lending.
