I would rather join forces and team up rather than both attack this from different angles.What do you think?

I don't work for an IRA company or have any horse in this conversation, however I can't think of ANY reason why "John" should give so much money to the gov. when that same IRA can invest in any of the same assets from within the self directed IRA.And I was having "slow" computer problems while posting this and could not see the "2nd page" of responses...just saw after posting that others had recommended the same self directed IRA plan of attack to you!

According to my research, even a person that is shot in the heart will still have about 14 seconds to continue attacking you!

I learned all I know from here, (tons to learn still) Real Estate can be very broad and it sounds like you have a focus to attack and grow from which will really help.

I'd imagine snow removal would certainly be a factor in Michigan so just have that plan laid out before you proceed, whichever way you decide to attack it.I don't have any experience with Fannie but I've heard they can be a little more of a pain to deal with.
