Even if that never happens you would not do the work for free for someone else so why do it for free for yourself just to artificially make your return look better?

Regardless of the fake name and fake pic, it was obvious that he was educated, experienced, and intelligent, He also was a good writer an communicator.

I am currently working for a financial firm in NYC and looking to heavily get into real estate but in a smart fashion with intelligent investments, no rush here!

This is purely my opinion, I haven't done a deal before and don't claim to be an intelligent investor, but this is what I plan on doing in the near future.
