Not only did I spend a lot of money to make them habitable, I made them aesthetically pleasing, and then I screened the occupants so that good people moved into the neighborhood rather than bums or drug dealers.

It is my specialty : )  Most of my projects have had aesthetic challenges that I have had to overcome. 

I'm seeking advice and tips on how I might be able to improve the aesthetics of this.   

We have a very modern aesthetic and have not been able to find a local staging company that matches our style. 

My husband and I experienced the real estate investing "high" by buying our first home (a manufactured on .25 acres) in 2012, doing some aesthetic remodel (prob $5k materials plus unknown hours of labor), and selling at great gain three years later ($115k purchase and $190k sell, woot woot!)

The Gem show is hosted in our industrial areas that can handle large crowds and easy access to the highways and definitely lack on the aesthetics@Adam Berlinberg your initial impressions from when you were here before still hold true today.

It adds an aesthetic contrast in the mortar.

For a flip, I would prioritize aesthetics and also keep in mind the expected material choices for that type of home in that market.

It would contribute to the growing edgy aesthetic of the neighborhood, and I might even be able to demand a higher rent.

But like a few of the folks previously said, you also need to match the aesthetic of the home/neighborhood/comps.
