It is so close to Gate 7 that the convenience alone and the relatively high income to Arsenal employees makes it a big win.

Give them multiple ways to contact you, and let them know they can do it at their convenience.

Will you provide a porta potty, or not (think trips back and forth to the nearest convenience store or gas station, or worst-case, they use a corner in the backyard, which leaves the wrong impression on your neighbors)?

Which is going to take every opportunity to show your property and which will put it off to a time that's more convenient for the agent?
