There's been some stories on BP, especially one recently about a guy who helped his clients buy "turnkey", who actually wound up investing in D/F neighborhoods. 

Oh how I wish I could turn back the clock...Having said that, in the event that this is a case of an over-conservative banker (maybe they have fresh wounds from other nearby properties) or simply a matter of you talking to the wrong bank (not every bank finances everything, their appetite for loans can be specialized or even change over time), you do have options.

Plus,  they were probably a sellers agent, with no fiduciary responsibly to you.Look, I'm not trying to rub salt in your already open wounds.

However, she also has times where she tends to freak out and I am unable to rationalize with her as she gets so wound up.

All Man can do is: #1) Stop the bleeding & close the wound/kill/stop the invaders #2) Cleanse the body inside & out #3) give the body the foods (nutrients) that it needs.Further research (Google was very helpful) lead me to “Alternative Doctors” who explained that most all present day “diseases” are not true diseases but “lifestyle ailments” for which pharma cannot cure and only treats the symptoms.

We were optimistic that we could get it done for $125/square foot (we had an incredibly inexpensive contractor), but it really wound up being more like $175, depending on which costs you include in that price per square foot.

I can say that any time we've wound up in small claims court, the judge/magistrate won't allow anything for damage to the unit!
