Housing inventories are low across the country and wholesalers are crawling out of the woodwork trying to "buy" my properties. 

I just had a move-out where the tenant scratched and dinged the hell out of the natural woodwork.

Hate to say it, but relatives will materialize out of the woodwork & swoop in like vultures on a dead possum. 

wheelhouse antiquing depends on your painter or should i say your artist you can get a couple of labor guys like eric claims. but if your going to turn this house around and this goes for just about any repair get someone that knows what there doing. references are key get pictures. repairing someones mistakes sometimes cost more than the fix by the way i've been patching and repairing doors jambs all types of wood work sinks tubs and any other surface that can use patching so if anybody whans to save some money i can do dentistry work just shoot me an email by the way prices can very from 25 up to 100 and so on depending on what your sold on as soon as i get a chance ill upload some pictures to give you some ideas

It has some awesome old woodwork.

I'm really surprised at how many jerks have come out of the woodwork on this thread.

And damage one would normally withhold some or all of security deposit for (several substantial holes in the plaster from doorknobs or fists, some woodwork in the kitchen completely shredded by the tenants' three cats, among other things).  

I also own a plunge router (a woodworking tool) that I use for artwork, and because I'm an artist I don't mind painting.I'm interested in purchasing a property very soon, but I'm not sure of typical rehab costs and timelines.

I use a very light blue eggshell with semi-gloss bright white woodwork, doors, etc.
