It has a Walmart, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Applebees, and a 99 Restaurant which is a New England chain as well as tons of other businesses and restaurants.

I've been hosting MTR's now for 5 years and have worked with most guest avatars and my company helps independent hosts make those B2B connections so I'm fairly well versed in the insurance displacement aspect.  

I'd recommend looking at costs. your build cost is going to be well over other homes because of the fixed costs like slab, Hvac, roof, etc. check the market drivers and weight the benefits of short term versus long term. long term is no furniture and help pays mortgage but at this size it doesn't really cover everything. we didn't find a lot of economies of scale in single family detached. can you build more than one unit?

I have been looking at sf homes with comparable SqFt to one of the units, as well as the units combined to try and get a feel for what this is worth.

I'm looking to purchase my first property with my fiancé (both 25) with the goal being to establish our primary residence together, as well as giving me the opportunity to add equity/value via rehab before moving on and converting the property into a rental within a year or so to kickstart an investment portfolio.An interesting lead that recently came up is my parent's neighbor's house.
