Good coaches are worth their weight in gold! 

So I am very new to investing, so my advice doesn't have a lot of weight to it.

That book is worth its weight in gold when it comes to identifying talented people to help support your investing business.

As has been said, every investor has their own objectives for which one of these metrics might carry more weight than another.

That said, I would not give any weight to what the listing agent is telling you, hopefully you are working with an experienced agent who can help you navigate the market and help analyze this deal with you.Do your due diligence and make sure it is going to be a great opportunity for you in the long term...Best of luck!

Sit down with yourself and write out what is the best thing which can happen if I pay off the debt, what is the worst thing which can happen if I pay off the debt, do the same scenario planning for investing now, and go where the greatest weight is. 

AirBnb has yet to say what weight this standard will carry and I highly doubt the majority of owners in beach towns will agree to giving away half of their summers just so AirBnb can look like a “good guy.”

The way I do business is I genuinely try to help people, ethics carry a lot of weight in my solutions, so not taking advantage of anybody, all involved parties will know what's what at all times. 

Any thoughts on how much weight should be put into sales comps and listings versus income analysis as well as how to reconcile the significant differences in sales and listing figures?

Lot value is not really a factor I've heard talked about much, so I am not sure how much weight that should have in my decision.
