for 20k more than I thought it was worth.. and we are getting ready to start 30 specs in Canby in late May.smart move on the 18 to 24 month notes.. that's one thing that borrowers get pretty upset about is when a loan goes over the 9 or 12 month period and another 1 to 4 points is added on and or the rate jumps..

But it gets worse... those with entitlement mentalities not only fail to see options given to them by the LL's as a courtesy but... they actually get upset if the options given are not 'free' - akin to receiving a gift and asking for more... heck if even the US govt. isn't willing to support these adults much more than $1,200... what makes anyone think that LL's should, or even have the resources to support them 2-3x's more?

Bjorn I am with you just give them 6 more months and collect rent in the meantime.. nothing going to happen for a few months anyway.. unless you dont need the money want to have hold over tenants who get upset and maybe you end up with a big turn over bill??
