I think it's about the best time there is to outside of the past to invest and acquire properties.I just recently found an article by Julie Taylor from realtor.com that was posted December 10th that has some predictions on housing markets where "Home Sales Are Set to Soar" with Colorado Springs listed as number 1 with expected YoY sales increase of 27.1% and Denver expected to increase 13.6% YoY quoting Christine Dupont-Patz who is a real estate agent in the Denver area.

You might also meet title agents who have resources on, say, foreclosures or probates…and might recommend lenders who actually lend on more difficult projects (as the title companies also know which lenders can close and which are difficult).I also go visit open houses to see what sorts of finish to put on my renovations or to look for the next house or area in which to purchase.

I can also document that I have over 1,000 plus real estate transactions as an agent and an investor.I had two transactions that they just kept lying and telling me and selling me you will have CTC in a week or less, From each of those points it was more than 60 days.I begged loan officer and processor to be truthful.Their failure to close in a timely manner cost me dearly.
