Scott, no one is trying to be unkind, but all this whole thing means is that you don't have experience putting in an offer where the seller has multiple potential buyers to chose from.

If I was a tenant, and I ask the landlord are you, the owner, and he said no I would say who does and his remark would be my LLC, and the next question is your name on the LLC and Mr. landlord the reason for the questions is a lot of fraud out there, and I want to only rent from a legit landlord.

In my area, my local county records are horrible, but the county across the river is remarkably good.I have heard of some websits where you can get some good information, but they are in few states.

Some prospects remarked about the kitchen cabinets (wood look that some wanted to have painted), but there was plenty of demand and other nearby rentals were a mix of updated and out of date - so no trouble getting a good tenant.
