Perhaps they should also run your prints and dna test to make sure the background check didn't miss anything.

If these tenants passed your initial test for being good tenants, you should get them on annual leases.

I understand this eliminates the "self sufficiency" test that the FHA requires for 3-4 units - which is great news. 

As well as a couple that did not pass the sniff test.
