With the amount of load required to participate in a DST, and the high risk of the DST asset not appreciating to cover that load, is it more logical to cash out and traditional invest that capital?

Hey @Anna Stohlmann - congrats, you've hit that point in your REI journey where traditional mortgage products will not work (unless you bring a ton of cash to the table to reduce LTV). 

While I haven't done a traditional flip, I have done some heavy remodeling at each of my properties and have some unique ways to find potential on market deals.
