Kevin Kim Non Wifi Smart Door Lock for Out of State investment property
17 June 2024 | 4 replies
The wifi is what will allow you to access the door remotely. If you don't want wifi on it, Then you can still get a smart lock you'll just need to pre-program several different codes into it, and then give out those codes appropriately but you'd need to be on site at the door itself to program initially or update it.From personal experience I find the touch screen or wifi locks to be complete POS's that are not reliable and the battery does not last long.

to have access to someone that has done it on a property that at least the corners touch would know virtually all the answers for me to do the same thing to my property.Tic of course has even less issues because the jurisdiction is not significantly involved but it has financing hurdles to overcome.Question is how painless will San Jose make the process?
Mario Morales Best Cashout Refi rates?
16 June 2024 | 7 replies
The best rate is, more than likely, the one that the property currently has.Helocs and Second Mortgages can go up to a 95% CLTV and though it will have a higher rate than a full refi, its worth comparing the average blended rate vs a full refi at todays rates.I wouldnt be the one to help you in Illinois but I can put you in touch with someone else within my company.
