@Brent Coombs  I am not sure if they have met the benchmark of actually making loans yet. 

I'm out of the same area and interested in multifamily BRRRR, or live in flip, but either way,  househacking for sure.

Be sure you do it right and talk to an expert.

Congratulations @Matt Taschner   the wait can be a bit of nervous anticipitation, but its sure nice when the come back and accept your price, especially when you could have gone higher.  

I’m pretty sure if your eyes go straight to an air vent, that is bad design 😂 That certainly could have been cropped!

I'm not sure how the current political impacts this.

They are sure to move on at the end of their lease term. 

I'm sure in markets that differ from mine that people will have very different experiences.I'm in a VERY blue color cash-flowing market.
