I was able to purchase 2 properties this year in those areas and see a lot of value there.As well as being a real estate investor, I am A licensed mortgage associate that specializes in assisting real estate investors with financing so I like to think that I have a unique perception of the real estate investing industry, especially in the Atlantic provinces as that is where I choose to invest myself.

You can't grow at street view, you have no depth perception.

Dont let real estate professionals who are multimillionaires who can do it very easily skew the perception of reality.

There are lowball offers as a perception by the seller, meaning they are priced too high and it is not a lowball offer at all, but is low compared to their high list price and those are fine.

Everyone will have different standards and expectations based on experience level and perception.

Which is an additional 1/2 month per year for me, but renter's perception is that they are simply paying for all the services and rent in a comfortable bundle.Do you think that this is achievable in Texas?

However, you will be rubbing elbows with a lot of investors there is my perception.  

Not that it should, but that's just people's perceptions.
