I would not let my tenants sit in a house with no AC for a week in what's literally the hottest period of the year. 

It is good to make this type of deal if you have a property that's hard to sell or sitting.

Are you going to sit next to your accountant and watch that she does not take any breaks?

In reality, it was a no cost sit down with someone my mother worked with in the past who helped her with her current home, and had a lot of the numbers and information of the home and equity we were looking to access.

That is something I just need to sit down and see how each lender conducts it. 

PM's have a similar stereotype to landlords...everyone thinks they just sit around counting all the money they are swindling people out of.

Interest Rates have dropped slightly and are currently sitting at 6.49% on average for a conventional loan.

They would sit in the hallway in uniform from like 8pm till 5am 7 days a week till she was gone lol.
