Stunk to high heaven.

Heaven forbid something breaks (vacancy not really an issue) before I sell the property because I'd have no money to fix it.

Read the headlines, for heaven's sake.

All you had to do to travel was to board a ship and hope that you survive the trip.I understand that the world is more regulated today and we have a bunch of nut-cases who seem hell-bent on blowing things up because their Mullahs have convinced them that doing so will allow them to go to heaven and enjoy the company of a thousand virgins.

The first rent check was a couple days late (the son delivered it) and I had a brief discussion with him to see how we can make sure he A) pays on time from here on out and B) has a plan if, heaven forbid, something happens to his parents.  

On my way to accountant.. writing checks that I could have only dreamed of years ago when I started  If I could have only made that amount of money gross I would have thought I died and gone to heaven  LOL...

I wanted to see if you guys would ever entertain this and here are some pros and cons I’ve thought of.Pros:-Tenant is more vested, so longer stay-Someone is paying 1/2 the price of the counter top-the unit will bring about 50-75$ more with new countertops-upgrade is happening while rented = no loss of rent due to vacancy during remodel.Cons:-the biggest thing I worry about is uncovering extra work, new back splash, or heaven forbid their is mold or something...

Integrity and honesty- anything less stinks to the high heavens.
