I said you lost your home yet you own that free and clear.. ( she used one of the crooks from Florida that had the foreclosure rescue guys that just stole money from folks. )checked in county maps this property was just brought into urban growth boundry and up zoned..

when I was doing foreclosure rescue ( when it was legal in WA and OR ) we self closed all of those .. although it was hair on fire and of course no title insurance.. but it was the business

Well it just about broke her and she ended up living there for about 4 or 5 years and self managing.. but she rescued what was for sure going to be a flame out.. and as soon as she could she sold and came back to PDX bought a 18 unit and condo in Maui and put OKC in the rear view mirror..

Many are helped also know this especially in low value dumpy properties.. but many are hurt very badly I have done well over 10 foreclosure rescues the day of or day before the sale .. were some no money throw it up against the wall wholesaler just BS the people all the way to were they almost lost the property.
