They had a tub faucet repair and the plumber charged $65, fine, then everytime a repair is done- the management company charges me  $487 to supervise the work of a reputable A+ company!

@Mounish Thatikonda, while I can't speak in too much detail about the financing side, I will note that I have never built a house, but had talked to lenders in the past, and they were willing to finance a new construction house for me with full personal guarantee and a reputable builder contracted to manage the construction.

Notices are written strongly, but so are mine and for same reason, lowest common denominator, but as I have a great reputation I just shoot out an e-mail or make a call and every time the city works with us and is very lenient.
