They had a tub faucet repair and the plumber charged $65, fine, then everytime a repair is done- the management company charges me  $487 to supervise the work of a reputable A+ company!

You need to set them up to expect failure.I am not saying you will fail, but there is a lot that can go wrong and ruin their reputation.

@Mounish Thatikonda, while I can't speak in too much detail about the financing side, I will note that I have never built a house, but had talked to lenders in the past, and they were willing to finance a new construction house for me with full personal guarantee and a reputable builder contracted to manage the construction.  

More so, going under contract and backing out on someone is a bad look and not one you want affecting your reputation starting out as a wholesaler.

I know mobile home has a bad reputation therefore not that many people are doing it and the competition is not that big.

I think it all depends on what you want your reputation to be.

They'll take pride in working for such a reputable brand, and you can bet they'll be fired up to achieve the company's goals. 

Notices are written strongly, but so are mine and for same reason, lowest common denominator, but as I have a great reputation I just shoot out an e-mail or make a call and every time the city works with us and is very lenient.
