It could rent for ~1600-1700/mo imho based on what i see in the area.PITI of recent house purchase is almost double that of condo -- hence anxiety of knowing what to do and acting accordinglyrenting is an ok option with me -- just need to understand the tax consequences if condo is rented for a year and then sold. will make a few improvements i have in mind and then put it back on the market at 375.thanks-B

Are you expecting this kind of a list to be a private list with very short-term use, or do you think you might need it for future reference (like tax purposes, recurring list or others)?  

Invest in Debt by Napier is a great book, and Performance Anxiety by Gordon Moss is another great book on 2nd liens. 

The most recent IMF proposals essentially took the tack of saying that the Euro will continue to have these same recurring debt issues unless the union is tightened substantially, to the point of transferring wealth in some form to the poorer countries (much like the US transfers wealth from rich states to poor states), or dissolves.

This forum helps reduce the anxiety that many first time investors have.

After a few days the anxiety fades away.
