One thing I found interesting is that they keep an eye on Recreational Vehicle Spending. 

I imagine many more instances like this will come about here in Chicago as recreational is now legal in Illinois.

I also think it would be a ton of fun to help people find recreational land that they can use to spend more time with their families, or pursue other outdoor interests. 

So Should I recreate the rental agreement or should I just add addendums with these conditions?

@Ashton Baker  Santa Rosa County is brimming with recreational opportunities, historical locations, and sights. 

They are legal, but they cannot be recreated as they are today as they don't comply with zoning.
