I am trying to tabulate Business that may have higher depreciation but yet help me build wealth in form of real estate or potential customers for variety of services. 

Maybe concrete single-family 1-4 units depending on the price point and cash flow.Also there is no real MLS in Puerto Rico you need to find an agent for each area you want to look at.

My original plan was to utilize a real estate agent to be my property manager that I met through a Dave Ramsey referral program, but I'm exploring if I should attempt this on my own.  

I suppose I could update it to work on real estate, but I am no AI expert.

Ask your broker or if you have a real estate lawyer you know see if they have a generic one your state's BAR accepts.
