I think many of us use hyper-consumerism as a means of validating our self-worth.We NEED to upgrade to a new cell phone every year, we NEED to take expensive vacations to show our friends how fun our lives are, we NEED to purchase the more expensive car, we NEED to eat at chic restaurants and document the experience all over our social media.

The area I am targeting is a vacation destination that is rather seasonally resilient (working theory backed by decent to moderate research so far).If I can get past the zoning hurdle specific to mainly "wastewater" - referring to the collection of the toilet, shower, and sinks discharge - I want to purchase 10+ acres that allow me to scale to something quite significant in time.

Initially I had a feeling you didn’t really know what you’re talking about but now it’s crystal clear you have no idea what your saying and you are more than likely just another misleading , Detroit PM nightmare like 99% of the other PM’s in Detroit with all sorts of hidden fees, secret add-on’s who work against the tenant rather then with them so they end up vacating and you guys salvate over another nickel and dime placement fee.The question ‘why’ in your first comment has absolutely NOTHING to do with it I am simply sharing my experiences.
