People might be taking advantage of the rising prices.

I'm certain there are plenty of people in the community willing to help. 

The problem is mainly a concern for people with a net worth or reasonable income. 

I want to hear some stories on how other people got started and how easy/difficult it was.

I warn people over and over and over to know what they are buying and to go personally see what they are buying. 

However while people in Windsor doesn't have the luxury of high paying jobs that GTA residents have, is it just a temporary fever of buying houses, or there is really something going on in this city ? 

Personally I wouldn't feel comfortable trying to wholesale a relatives $1M home knowing that I am breaking the law if I cross over into doing anything that can be considered representing them in the transaction, and knowing it will only be marketed to people who buy properties wholesale (typically investors who don't want to pay retail prices), instead of the majority of retail buyers active in the market who are typcially willing to pay more. 

Many, many people have made huge fortunes on SFR's alone.Speak extensively with anyone who invests in RE and do everything you can to pull out why you *shouldn't* do something.

However, he has 2 people interested right now.

And or thought people were taking advantage.
