Now here is some advice many will disagree with me on but I firmly committed to this:  Most people that use a VA loan shouldn't.  

Some people like Yardi and some like the next one. 

The problem with that is it'll be harder for the residents and the vendors to use the rentvine features as fewer people want to log in to a website from a smartphone.Also, it requires a lot of clicks/scrolling/opening new pages/tabs to get to where you want. 

I understand different people have different risk profiles.

Typically these people are really forthcoming with info and can tell you.

But then again I’m not too good at people management.  

Most people have the last 30 months. 

I haven't dug into the actual agreement, but was curious because I'm not in a position to house hack, but see many people on here recommend the strategy.

I've done this with my properties because I'm well known in my small town and don't want people to know what I own.

I'd suggest you ask as many questions as you can, there are a ton of people on here who are knowledgeable in many subjects.
