I've worked with / met with other turnkey operators and OCF is certainly at or near the top when it comes to the total package (available houses, prices, customer service, etc.).....the PM side seems to be very efficient and great at responding to any questions (love the text feature as well)!

If you do not live there:  Dwelling Fire Policy (aka Landlord policy)  You could also insure it with a Business Owners or Package policy (Commercial policies) but they are normally higher.

problem with non-CA is that their food selection is not good and not many high pay job offering compare to CA, the latest part is actually what drives CA home price price to the sky.
