I have done this numerous times with single-family properties, but is it common in larger multi-family properties?

I liken it to hurricane Katrina and New Orleans, a lot of people tried to leave but cars that ran out of gas and numerous auto accidents blocked the freeways.

I'd also get multiple bids and numerous interviews to see who is knowledgeable in that particular situation.

Springfield is a great market and there are numerous active investors in the area to network and work with.

Middle America would probably crumble as these states tend to be the biggest supplier of servicemembers, and it’s often generational.Homelessness would skyrocket if we truly “drained the swamp” and eliminated the jobs that really don’t need to exist.My crazy high taxes likely help pay for some servicemembers to retire on a yearly basis, but on that money you can’t comfortably live in a HCOL. 

I know there have been numerous recent apartment projects completed in the past 6-7 years which likely contributes to the available units.

I've contacted the property management company on numerous occasions to see if the tenant will be paying but have not heard back as to whether the tenants have responded.

I found numerous calculators, but none that will allow me to include the balloon payment at the end.Thanks
