Can I provide notice soon to not intend to renew a lease (no cause) of the section 8 tenant--this is a 12 month lease that ends 10/31/24. 

So neighborhoods haven't improved noticeably since they were half the current price.  

Can I provide a 90 day notice to Housing Authority Tenant that I do not intend continue renting after the 12 month lease ends on October 31st with no cause.

I’ve noticed, like you said, that everyone seems to do things a little differently when it comes to house hacking, and analyzing deals is no exception.

Really need to get them out, my plan is to give them 60 day notice prior to lease expiring in May of 2025, that they need to move out due to the owner will be remodeling and selling the unit.
