Sure-- I think assets take a hit a bit after the first rate cut.Take a "hit"....

We would buy the land outright and then through our local bank connection that we've done deals with in the past have them help fund the build out with interest only until with hit a certain lease up %.

They hit up Google, find my website, and sell to me.By the time your mailer arrives, their house is long sold to ME!

Don't owner finance it, get rid of it any way you can, even if you take a hit on it. 

Some locations lucked out and didn't get hit as hard but some areas near rivers got demolished.

This is a good option if you’re looking to reinvest and defer the tax hit.

Typically there are no more than a few of these hitting the MLS in my market in a month.
