Basically, for every building that has 3+ families the state inspects the building for compliance with various laws every 5 years (like to ensure you have fire escapes, smoke detectors, the building is structurally sound, etc.).

A nice clever way to do it is a "leak smoke detector inspection" or "termite inspection" then it comes across as a normal inspection and not you trying to check up on them if nothing is wrong.

(ORDER OF DISCHARGE)Then the paper trail says that HSBC asks and is granted the motion to Disolve Lis Pendens, Dimsiss Complaint and Release The Orginal Documents.I read the papers over on these and was wondering does this mean my family member still owns the house as the court house shows the title is still in their name and does this mean they own it without the loan attached to it any longer since they filed bankruptcy and the bank charged it off and asked for the complaint to be dismissed?
