They system will automatically generate a drop down menu of people matching your typing (the list is generated from the people in the thread and all of your colleagues).

If you look under that owner info tab and the drop down menu shows you the addresses for 600 properties they own, and you can see right next to the address whether it’s a house a building or vacant land… If 590 of the 600 properties they own are land parcels, they’re a serious cash land buyer… If all those lots happen to be in the same area, then you know exactly what they’ll buy and even how much they pay for lots in that area 👌

Some pay way to much for convenience of the deal as is well publicized especially in the day when Californians who could not believe they could buy a whole house for 50k.. this is the same mentality of the Aussies heck their transfer tax in AU is as much as these houses in many cases and they rationalize their purchases accordingly...So for this site I think it provides both sides of the equation and the reader lurker can decided to order off the menu either ala carte or the full meal with white linens and full service
