Hi Christian,YOU are awesome.Thank you--you are right on target with so many items above.I have a 16' class a buffer on both boundaries and have permission to reduce that another 25%.A major med institution is interested in my parcel BUT they require 6/1000 sf parking. ( Why wasn't Elon Musk born 20 years earlier-- then we wouldn't have these wasted paved parking requirements.)Anyway, the buyer prospect needs min 15,000 sqft... but cant get the 90+ surface parking #s.HATE TRIANGLES.Please, Let me know if you have ANY TIME tomorrow ???

. - My two cents:- Focus on finishing your med school- Educate on REI when you take break and make sure you can do right thing with your money when you would have money and no time.

Recently talking to a buddy, he plans to move out of state for med school.

I have friends how have gone through med school and decided they wanted to stay at home after having a child.

However, if you pay any one person more than $600 you have to 1099 them, and they will have to pay taxes, including both sides of SS/Med.

@Tyler Willson, if your "goal is to get through med school living for as close to free as possible", then that's astute.

I had a tooth extracted this am, under the ibfluence of some good meds (LOL) so that's my short version, bottom line, I suggest your time will be well spent looking at your own long term properties.
