Guessing that you would have to bring a lot of cash to the table because I doubt the banks care about its performance as an STR, or go the DSCR route which is also a higher DP.

You should be able to find a refinance, but getting any cash-out will be near-impossible, will have to likely be a "rate-term" refinance (so less than $2k back in cash or having to bring money to the table)
