I am a licensed Massage Therapist.

The thing that attracts me, is 1- 3% down (in Cal, etc.) on a $600k. average home here, or $700k.ish in LA, etc., is a sizeable chunk of change.

I work from home, so I don't go out for coffee or food (except for pizza Friday's)I buy work dresses on Amazon for like $30But I am very aware of my time and outsource many thingsfavorite purchase this year was my robot vacuum I take 6-8 weeks off for vacation a year and don't cheap out on itI get massages twice a month because it relaxes me and makes me happyIt is all about balance. 

I detest the fishing for ego massaging and likes. 

Do you live in Cal: I live in California currently and have lived here since 2003. 

Any time someone says "I know a lot of people in X and they are saying Y" it usually means the fact is either made up or massaged to make your argument.

As for knocking on doors etc, I know people who live in those war zones and trust me they don’t flinch in calling them exactly that or even worse.

Realtor here from CT - definitely seeing an uptick in calls from NY area codes.

It does not include the many, if not majority of "get your *** outta here" evictions that show up no where except in calling the previous landlords.

Let's just be careful not to get too self-righteous in calling people self-righteous, OK?
