In the county we built in, 5 acres is the minimum plot size so I cannot split the land at all until legislation/zoning changes. 

Would the FL Land Trust be considered the local entity that can act in FL court (eviction, code enforcement, ...)?

You further take it to then next level of eviction if  you have CAUSE.. you Get CAUSE by enforcing the Crime Free / Drug Free addendum.. 

I would venture there is consideration here, because there was value for value - you pulled the rental listing for this new tenant, thus exchanging something of value, and the lease should therefore be enforced. 

This stay, which automatically comes into effect upon the filing of the case, operates to bar any eviction or other enforcement proceeding against the tenant.

If there were financial covenants in the original docs, they are simply reminding you that they aren't waiving them and might enforce them if not now, some day.

Not to mention dodging code enforcement for three whole months!

The landlord ( an alumni of the chapter) tried to evict them but the other brothers in the house didn't enforce it and claimed he was a guest.

Here in Florida, Code enforcement and zoning give you a really hard time once you go to beg for forgiveness!
