I am a "techie" and I am targeting other "techie" clientele - i.e. people who need a quiet place to work remotely (with great internet speed) or who are in the beginning of their IT/desk-professional-job career and need an affordable furnished place for a few months/years.

We are buying everything we can in parts of East Clev, as well, YEP, EAST, my advice, stay off the internet, total waste of time. 

10 minutes at a local bar, restaurant, or coffee shop asking questions to locals will be more valuable than 100 hours of internet research.

I will have access to the internet on my iPhone (and I may bring a laptop for back up)Please let me know if you had success hosting from afar, or if you had trouble.

Examples are internet, phone bill, car if used for business, etc. 

I am a realtor but I am not always available and he is such a demanding person and only meet his time requirements.No application or nothing from him except the potential tenant questionnaire.I would rather he will not internets my property.

But the overwhelming proof for how effective Carrot is for SEO is all over the internet.
