Hello Ayaz-I couldn't agree more with Robin and the others- There are plenty of books, seminars, and courses on real estate investing but as far as real-life interactive forums this BP website is an incredible resource.

Also, while you can build a huge website and pack it with a lot of content with XSitePro, I wouldn't recommend XSitePro if you want to build a portal website.A portal website would normally invite members to participate and interact with each other.

Who the trustee is is left entirely to the beneficiary, my understanding without reading the code is that a trustee can be anybody 18 or over, including the beneficiary.I view a deed of trust much the same as a land trust, or estate planning trust, inasmuch as the interaction between the trustor, trustee and beneficiary is considered.
