If they are all within range of each other, that should prove none of them are trying to take advantage of your inexperience.

Despite my inexperience in REI I bring a ton of skills and sales ability to the table, and of course I'm willing to dig in, help out, and LEARN.  

If we stay true to our funding, then this would be a significant net-income pay increase for us once we decide to retire.So, yes; this is an ambitious plan and there is a ton of more info to learn, but we have a couple of years to learn what we need before we go in swinging.Does my plan reek of inexperience?  

Means you'll about half what you are thinking now - but you'll gain an MBA in experience...

My inexperience prevents me from understanding if it can be done and how to position it. 

I knew I would make mistakes, so I made sure not to overextend myself to the point of being in financial trouble when problems caused by my inexperience and uncontrollable factors took place. 

Many inexperience brokers will come back to you many times for additional information making the process inefficient.
