In addition, condos tend to not appreciate as fast in value compared to single-family or multi-family homes. 

Brokers are your best friend as we have the entire industry at the palm of our hand and usually save you time & money.

We need to optimize industries our areas offer or specialize in.My area has tons of fruit orchards and crypto / blockchain mining operations.  

Personally, I'm incredibly ignorant on the subject compared to others, but find it fascinating.

If it's a long-term play, the potential savings on PMI with a conventional loan could be significant.Have you compared rates for both options?

As both an investor and a mortgage broker who has personally used both options, I can say there are benefits to each.It ultimately comes down to comparing the two side by side based on your specific situation.

The value of the hotel is based off of how well it's being operated.My advice would be to get a job in the hotel industry.

Compared to fixing them both up and paying full taxes as flips.
