My parents would tell me money doesn't grow on trees, but I didn't start cleaning my plate (without being told to do so) until I went off to college and had to pay for my meals with my own money.I'm not a child educator, so I don't know how our society should get from here to where we need to be.

Pinging@James Wise Your thoughts :)We had a similar one once (cats & smoking) so we got social services involved & she was eventually moved to a low income assisted residence complete with meals on wheels etc.
