I appreciate the willingness of the group to share knowledge and am learning a lot via the postings and videos. 

I think it was $7.5M.  51% of our investors formed a group, took over the property, completed the renovations, and sold the property.

What if I fix & flip instead of rent, can it pull actual sales comps and group by renovated and estimate the ARV?

Now I have my focus and am working with a couple of out of state Syndication Groups now and waiting on that next deal.

The PM group I'm using do great work, per reviews.

They seem to have several projects in the works but I think only one is near completion and the developer (Akela Development Group) is a very new company. 

Gratitude overflows for me, as this group got me launched 5 years ago into the world of hosting vs landlording.
