Did you graduate?

Situation: I own one property that is currently rented until April 2025 in a different school district.

The layering of information is one of our favorite features so you can layer crimes, schools, appreciation, and a whole lot more. 

Now, I’m reaching out to this circle of experts to seek guidance for my future endeavors and aspirations.I’m a 22-year-old recent graduate from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Not a lot of old school forum-type websites around that still attract a crowd! 

You learned a lot from the school of hard knocks, don't throw away your education, use it.

I remember thinking how absolutely absurd it was to still be living this way after tripling my income, and on top of that my Wife was getting ready to graduate nursing school which would add even more income but, I had no clue how to keep it from disappearing every month and wondering what happened.

I went to school to be an electrician, worked as a carpenter, and helped run a lumber yard.

My experience is dealing with all the American and Canadian students at the health care related schools there.

We still own the condo, we just have tenants in there who are willing to pay the HOA fee and the increased taxes in order to access the slightly better school system up there.Bottom line, someone who just shows up alone and out of the blue, says they make 3x your rent, offer you nothing else when you explain the income verification problem, and object to a month-to-month rental contract or an increased security deposit, well, they're probably lying about how much money they make.
